About the Role - You’ll have a deep understanding of systems training and be confident in creating content and being the editor for our internal system.
Responsibilities
1. Deliver Training Sessions: Conduct training sessions for both new and existing Brokers on the use of software via video/e-learning software; where necessary provide in-person and live training.
2. Create Training Materials: Develop instructional materials and resources to support Broker learning.
3. Provide Ongoing Support: Offer continuous support and assistance to Brokers as needed.
4. Stay Updated: Keep up to date with software updates and communicate these changes effectively to Brokers.
5. Collaborate with Development Team: Work with the development team to provide feedback and suggestions for software improvements.
6. Track Training Metrics: Monitor and report on training metrics to measure the success of training programs, working with sales/success to ensure the right broker quadrants are targeted with materials to maximize system use.
7. Build Relationships: Maintain positive relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
8. Recording Data: Ensure all outcomes are fully recorded on Hubspot.

13. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple training sessions and materials efficiently.
