The school actively promotes a community feel and children to promote learning. The school is looking to appoint a long term SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team and support children with SEN in their Provision. The children have a range of complex needs including Autism, ADHD, Global Delay and behavioural difficulties. Our client is looking for someone to work in their school on a full-time basis. Required Skills and Experience for this SEND Teaching Assistant role: Minimum Level 2 Qualification UK school experience Ability to liaise with the class teacher Build effective relationships with pupils and staff. Experience supporting children with SEN. Effectively manage the behaviour and engagement of the children Experience working in an alternative provision.
