The Administration Assistant will: Integrate successfully with the existing business, relevant departments and staff. Foster excellent relations with clients, staff and suppliers. Purpose, Objectives & Responsibilities Provide the leadership, energy and enthusiasm to deliver your objectives and strategic goals, including: To support on all administration within the Plant and Stores function including updating of systems, processes and databases. Act as first port of call for employees and external partners for all stock & plant related queries. Processing, scanning and filing of delivery documents on behalf of head of stores Communicating with external partners. Filing of certification for all applicable materials for full traceability Support the material coordinator in their daily tasks which include but not limited to: Receive delivery note from storeman / head of plant & stores & log information on to Wasp system to ensure fully traceable weld logs can be produced Skills and Competencies Experience in an Administrator / Coordinator role. Understanding various software systems. Computer literate with programmes such as word, excel etc is essential Organisational skills and ability to organise and prioritise. Interpersonal with good communicative skills.
