Senior CAD Engineer

Location: Newmarket, Suffolk | Salary: Up to £50,000 + Discretionary Bonus

As the company continues to expand its project portfolio, it is now seeking a Senior CAD Engineer to bring high-level 3D design expertise to its growing development team.

The Role:

Joining a team of seven CAD Engineers and reporting to the Head of CAD, you'll play a key part in delivering precise and creative technical solutions. You'll work closely with project managers, sales teams, and manufacturing specialists to bring retail and POS designs to life, many of which are refined throughout the R&D phase. Flexibility, critical thinking, and proactive communication are key.


This role specifically calls for a designer with exceptional 3D capabilities. Someone who can interpret creative intent, resolve details, and translate it into clean, production-ready outputs.
