Property Manager – Elderly Care Homes\n\n West Midlands | Up to £53,000 + Car Allowance | Permanent\n\n A respected care provider is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of elderly care homes across the West Midlands.\n \nThis key role is responsible for all aspects of property and facilities management, delivering a high-quality, customer-focused service that ensures residents and colleagues live and work in safe, well-maintained environments.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nManage the day-to-day property operations across a portfolio of care homes.\nEnsure full compliance with health and safety legislation and regulatory standards.\nOversee both planned and reactive maintenance, managing external contractors and internal teams as necessary.\nConduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.\nSupport the development and implementation of property improvement plans.\nWork closely with Home Managers and senior leadership to align property management with operational goals.\nMonitor budgets and control costs while ensuring high standards of service delivery.Candidate Requirements:\n\nProven experience in multi-site property management, ideally within healthcare, residential, or regulated environments.\nStrong understanding of health and safety regulations, building compliance, and facilities operations.\nExcellent organisational and communication skills.\nAbility to work autonomously and travel across the West Midlands.\nA full UK driving licence is essential.This is an excellent opportunity to join a values-driven organisation making a real difference in the lives of older people.
