Kelly Group is currently looking to recruit the very best talent and have a unique opportunity for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our newly reformed Recruitment Team.
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, great attention to detail, organized, and able to work well under pressure to join our expanding new team.
In this role you will be responsible for:
1. Working with the recruitment team and recruitment provider to deliver strong administrative support in relation to in-house recruitment activity.
2. Delivering an end-to-end recruitment and selection process that exceeds the expectations of the Company, as well as candidates and applicants.
3. Actively and proactively sourcing quality candidates using various mediums.
4. Updating the recruitment database.
5. Liaising with successful/unsuccessful applicants.
6. Collating delegates' personal data.
7. Managing compliance prior to applicants being offered roles.
You will have the following qualifications and be able to prove experience and competence:
1. The ability to multitask to a high standard with exceptional attention to detail.
2. Logical and methodical thinking.
3. Team player with the ability to work independently.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Highly skilled in Microsoft IT packages (Word / Excel / Email etc.).
6. Proven track record of good organizational skills, including managing workload effectively.
7. Experience working in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
