Salary: Scale 3 Teaching Assistant (TA) Approx. pro rata salary £15,759.64 - £16,009.48
Scale 1 Midday Assistant (MDA) - Approx. pro rata salary - £2,734.31 - £2,777.20
Hours of Post: 8.30am-3.30pm - Monday to Friday - Term time only 44.6 weeks per year
TA 27.5 hours per week, 5.5 hours per day
MDA - 5 hours per week, 1 hour per day
Contract Type: Fixed Term, initially until 31st August 2025

The Governors and Headteacher are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant Level 3 whose roles will be to support SEND children 1:1 or in small groups. This will involve supporting the teachers in the SEND Resource Base. Knowledge of SEND and a range of primary based interventions would be an advantage but not essential.
