We’re looking for a Care Coordinator to join our friendly and supportive team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our Care Assistants are scheduled efficiently, so our customers receive high-quality care in the comfort of their own homes. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will help us deliver exceptional service every day.
What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Organising and scheduling Care Assistants to ensure timely and safe care delivery.
✅ Matching Care Assistants with customers based on skills, experience, and preferences.
✅ Managing rota changes and covering staff absences.
✅ Building strong relationships with customers, Care Assistants, and healthcare professionals.
✅ Handling administrative duties, keeping records up to date, and supporting the wider team.
