Our goal is to become a trusted partner for production teams by offering reliable equipment and outstanding customer service. We specialize in providing fiber optic solutions, RF systems, and other essential broadcast equipment, ensuring smooth and successful events for our clients.
As we build the foundations of the business and expand our client base, we’re looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Manager to join the team. This role will be pivotal in driving our growth and establishing Kinetic Broadcast as a key player in the broadcast industry.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Hire Manager at Kinetic Broadcast. The Hire Manager will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, conducting interviews, making hiring decisions, and liaising with department heads to understand staffing needs. While the position is located in Milton Keynes, some work from home is acceptable.
Responsibilities
1. Managing Equipment Inventory: Oversee the organization, maintenance, and tracking of broadcast equipment including fiber optic systems, RF equipment, cameras, and accessories. Ensure all kit is in good working order, cleaned, and tested prior to hire.
2. Equipment Preparation & Dispatch: Prepare and package equipment for hire, ensuring all items are complete, functional, and ready for transport. Work with clients to ensure the right equipment is delivered for each job.
3. Client Communication & Coordination: Be a point of contact for clients regarding equipment hire needs. Assist with recommendations based on project requirements and ensure that all necessary equipment is provided on time.
4. Delivery and Pickup Coordination: Manage the logistics of equipment delivery to and collection from client locations. Ensure safe, timely transport and that equipment arrives in excellent condition.
5. Support & Troubleshooting: Provide on-site or remote support during production to troubleshoot any technical issues with rented equipment. Assist clients with setup or basic operation where necessary.
6. Maintaining Documentation: Keep accurate records of all equipment hires, including contracts, delivery, and return logs. Ensure that rental agreements are completed and signed by clients.
