Key Responsibilities:
* Process customer orders, credits, and returns efficiently
* Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, building and maintaining strong relationships
* Co-ordinate with the logistics team to organise deliveries and collections, while keeping customers informed about stock availability and delivery timelines
* Handle customer complaints or concerns, ensuring prompt resolution
* Perform general office duties, including managing incoming calls
What the Ideal candidate will need:
* Experience with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is a significant advantage
* Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication
* Understanding of customer service principles and practices
* Prior experience in order processing is beneficial
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Professional presentation and a detail-oriented approach
* High attention to detail and reliability
