Each year we offer internship opportunities and we are keen to hear from you if you are currently studying an undergraduate degree and are looking to complete a 13-month placement.
The maxim of Sir Henry Royce, ‘take the best that exists and make it better’, permeates in everything we do at Rolls-Royce. As a student, you will have hands-on experience from day one, gaining practical insights into the corporate operations of a world-class automotive manufacturer.
What awaits you?
1. To be an active member of the infrastructure team.
2. Working with and supporting all members of the team.
3. Provide support and assistance to our internal customers.
4. Responsible for the IT Intranet pages.
5. Knowledge in all areas of IT Infrastructure (Networking, Communications and Workplace (End Devices).
6. To assist with raising purchase orders and liaise/coordinate Suppliers as required.
Qualifications and Experience
1. Studying a degree in Computer Science, IT or related course and on track to achieve a 2:2.
2. Experience in working in cross-functional and multi-cultural teams.
3. Have excellent verbal communication, presentation and report writing skills.
4. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
5. Comfortable with end user communication.
6. An outgoing and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
