This role offers a hybrid working pattern of 4 days working from home and 1 day in the Poole office.
Key Responsibilities of the Assistant Management Accountant will include:
* Assisting with the production of the monthly management accounts
* Supporting the financial reporting process
* Assisting with the budgeting and forecasting processes
* Collaborating with budget holders and stakeholders as a business partner
* Balance sheet reconciliations
* Journal processing
* Providing variance analysis
Key skills and experience of the Assistant Management Accountant:
* Part qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA)
* Effective communication skills, with the ability to establish and build relationships across the business
* Ability to analyse, interpret and present information clearly and concisely
* A collaborative and solution oriented mindset
* Advanced Excel skills
