SEO and Content Manager CONTRACT TYPE – Full time £39,000 - £43,000pa The Camping and Caravanning Club is the world's oldest and largest Club for all forms of camping and our aim is to help people enjoy the simple pleasures that camping can bring. It's an exciting time to join the organisation and be a part of our continued growth. We are recruiting for a SEO and Content Manager within our Marketing department. The SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) & Content Manager is responsible for driving organic growth and visibility for the Club. This role will encompass developing and executing a comprehensive SEO strategy. The SEO and Content Manager will lead and mentor a team of SEO & Content Executives, ensuring the successful delivery of key business objectives through high-quality, search-engine-optimised content. Daily duties and responsibilities will include: Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify key opportunities. Optimise website content (product descriptions, blog posts, landing pages) for search engines. Identify and implement technical SEO optimisations, collaborating with the relevant internal teams and web development agency. Track, analyse, and report on SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other relevant tools. Conduct regular content and technical site audits to identify areas for improvement. We are looking for the following in applications: Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or equivalent experience in an SEO role. Proven experience in SEO and content marketing, in B2C ecommerce environment. Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful SEO campaigns. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and use insights to inform strategic decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush etc.). The Camping and Caravanning Club is a fantastic place to work, with a supportive and dedicated team.
