I am advertising on behalf of my innovative client, an ambitious engineering scale-up looking to expand its procurement team. They are seeking a Purchasing / Procurement Assistant to support their rapid growth by managing supplier relationships and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage vendor details within the purchasing system.
2. Support Buyers with day-to-day procurement tasks.
3. Set up and maintain online supplier accounts.
4. Ensure procurement data is up-to-date with vendor updates.
5. Liaise with suppliers, track deliveries, and flag any changes.

1. A proactive, detail-oriented team player.
2. Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
3. Experience with purchasing systems and supplier management.
4. The ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
