Fromperformance management and resource planning to maintaining safety andcompliance, you’ll ensure smooth operations while offering quality guestexperiences.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Support: Assist in supervising and motivatingthe Activities & Leisure team to deliver high-quality service.Guest Experience: Ensure guests and owners enjoymemorable leisure and poolside experiences, resolving concerns quickly andefficiently.Performance Management: Oversee team performance,offering feedback and supporting their growth through coaching.Resource Oversight: Support scheduling, budgetmanagement, and resource allocation to optimise efficiency.Compliance and Safety: Uphold health, safety, andcompany standards in all activities and pool operations.Training and Development: Contribute to teamtraining, ensuring all staff are equipped to meet the requirements of theirroles.Problem Solving: Assist in addressing operationaldifficulties to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.Requirements-Relevant experience in guiding and coaching teams in anactivities, leisure, or swimming pool setting.
