* To managepupils’ behaviour, delivering high quality care and support foremotionally vulnerable students
* To work inclose collaboration with the Pastoral managers and behaviour andwelfare lead - precise inclusion to maintain a consistent approachand service delivery to the young people.
* To practicewith a high degree of competence, with the aim of reducing barriersto education and independent social interaction, leading to allpupils achieving their potential.
* Toco-ordinate, all services in school to provide integrated provisionfor pupils.
* To work withspecific Pupils and develop their resilience and skills withinlessons and around the site to improve their engagement in theirown learning.

New Barn School offers a broad,balanced and relevant curriculum to boys and girls, aged 6 – 19years who have Social, Emotional and Mental Healthcomplexities.
