As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):
1. Full project management from handover stage to post-commissioning (O&M) in line with contract requirements and deadlines.
2. Coordination of internal teams to ensure successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
3. Material and revenue forecasting.
4. Allocation and scheduling of resources, including materials, labour, and equipment.
5. Regular communication and coordination with clients and site managers to maintain strong relationships and provide regular updates.
6. Handling incoming telephone calls and appointment bookings related to project inquiries.
7. Compiling, filing, and issuing installation certificates (e.g., MCS) and client handover (O&M) manuals.
8. Monitoring and distributing incoming emails and project-related inquiries.
9. Managing and ensuring the timely submission of pre-installation applications and documentation (e.g., DNO/RAMS).
10. Filing and issuing H&S documentation to clients.
11. Adding secured projects to the project map and generating case studies for completed projects.
12. Filing incoming job reports and images.
13. Preparation of job files and documentation for smooth execution.
14. Coordination with suppliers and subcontractors as necessary.
15. Production of progress reports and review of site documentation.
16. Identifying potential project risks and implementing solutions.
17. Handover of completed projects to the O&M team.
18. Management of installation teams, including ensuring daily submission and review of site documentation (reports, surveys, images).
19. Issuing work packs and clearly communicating scheduled tasks.
20. Conducting regular site check-ins and reporting progress to clients.
21. General upkeep of the office, maintaining supplies, and other administrative/ad-hoc tasks as they arise.
22. Maintaining a positive and motivated team environment, escalating concerns as needed to the Operations Manager/Director.
