About You
Are you a visionary HR leader with a passion for driving change management and organisational design to align people strategy with business goals? We are seeking a dynamic Head of Strategic People Business Partnering to serve as a key advisor to senior leadership, championing HR initiatives that enhance organisational performance and shape the future of our workforce.
In this pivotal role, you will provide strategic direction, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and employee engagement. You will partner closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver impactful HR strategies that support growth, innovation, and long-term success.
The ideal candidate will have led Organisation Design and change management, with 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 4 years in a strategic HR business partner role. You will possess a strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law, along with proven expertise in influencing and building relationships at all levels.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as experience with HR analytics and performance metrics, are essential. The successful candidate will demonstrate expert-level proficiency in strategic planning, leadership, and collaboration across a wide range of stakeholders, while thriving in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities effectively.

The Role
Reporting to the Chief People and Improvement Officer the role can be based at either our Coventry or Bournemouth office. We have adopted a hybrid way of working which typically requires 2 or 3 days a week in the office, with the remainder working from home.
