Administration Assistant – Psychological Therapies (Ref: 204408) Substantive Part Time - 30 hours per week over 5 days Band 2 - Salary Range £24,647 - £26,763 per annum (pro rata) Distant Island Allowance of £2,380 per annum (pro rata) The Psychological Therapies Team (PTS) provides talking therapies for adults with a wide range of mental health problems, throughout the whole of the Shetland Isles. Psychological Therapies consists of a team lead and a team of clinicians. The service is overseen by a clinical psychologist. The post holder will work as part of the team at our office base at The Old Ambulance Building Montfield, Lerwick. They will work closely with all other services providing care for people with mental illness. Referrals come directly to the team from GPs and hospital medical staff. The role will provide local coordination and administration services for the Psychological Therapies Service ensuring the services operate smoothly and effectively. Ensuring correct and accurate entry of information to the patient administration system – TrakCare and Carepartner. Monitor clinic activity to ensure that supply and demand for patient appointments are maintained and identify any problem areas. Maintain computerised waiting lists for all patient activity by selecting patients for appointments and ensuring that guarantees are met.
