Ordering & Logistics Co-ordinator - Banbury
* Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00
* £14.00 - £14.30 an hour
The role of Ordering & Logistics Co-ordinator :
* Dealing with incoming and outgoing communications to & from our vendors and internal teams
* Ensure the availability of stock across our warehouses through the management of inventory levels and purchase of stock from our suppliers.
* Review back orders daily to ensure any new demand is actioned in a timely manner.
* Support the Operations and Sales teams where an order needs unblocking.
* Manage supplier pricing including Price changes
* Ensuring accuracy for all allocated vendors
* Reviewing stocking levels against forecasted and run rate reporting.
* Placing orders and ensuring that order acknowledgements reflect the terms of the order.
* Arrange, Manage and Coordinate incoming and expected shipments, e.g. arrange collection and paperwork associated to the type of goods and location.
* Act as the interlock between Sales and Operations to ensure that our customers receive their orders on time and as requested.
* Manage special order items where pricing is non-standard
Desirable but not essential:
* 2 years of Ordering and/or Logistics Administration experience
