* Conductingasbestos surveys, re-inspections, and sampling.
* Performingair monitoring, including smoke tests, leak reassurance, visual inspections, four-stage clearances, and personal air testing.
* Overseeing asbestos removal projects to ensure strict compliance with guidelines.
* Producing detailed, high-quality reports.
* Liaising with clients to maintain strong professional relationships.
