The Role:
* First Customer Success hire for the UK team, joining an established team across EMEA.
* Creating insights to influence customer strategy and drive platform success.
* Manage a broad portfolio of well-known global names.
* Internal and external stakeholder management.
Desired Skills & Experience:
* Account Management or Customer Success experience within AdTech/analytics SaaS industry.
* 4 years in Account Management and/or Customer Success.
* Data-savvy, confident analysing data sets to create custom insights.
* Understanding of retail media / broadcast media desirable, but not essential.
