What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for fantastic account managers to build our client services team. This role handles onboarding after a client win, managing the campaign from inception, discovery, asset collection through to evaluation and rebooking. Simply, you'll need to know all the stages required to deliver a great digital content campaign.
We’re looking for people who will create a seamless client experience, who will dig deeper and push harder to make sure the campaign delivers the best possible results. We do what is right, not what's easy.
It takes charm, wit and wicked organisational skills, but it’s a lot of fun, especially if you like a fast paced environment.
You’ll need to be a people person. Someone who can manage stakeholders at every level, building their trust and possessing the confidence to present ideas and push back on amends.
Whether you’re coming from an account handling role in an agency or from a client-side position, you’ll use the skills you’ve developed in your career to take responsibility for the success of campaigns and the happiness of our client partners.

What we need:
* At least 2 years of commercial experience in digital advertising, media, or marketing
* At least 2 years commercial experience delivering marketing, advertising or digital campaigns from inception through to evaluation
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing multi-channel digital campaigns from start to finish
* Regularly communicating with clients and stakeholders by email, phone and through meetings
* Keeping clients happy and campaigns on schedule
* Work with our business development team to onboard clients
* Clearly communicate with clients so they always feel valued
* Create project plans, manage deadlines and handle resources
* Gather info, assets and insight for client campaigns
* Create briefs for our studio team to produce campaigns
* Analyse campaign performance and identify improvements
* Have an eye on industry trends and benchmarks so you know how we compare
* Retain and rebook clients by providing fantastic customer service
