Title: Technical Support Engineer
Salary: Up to £60,000 D.O.E

Are you a skilled Technical Support Engineer with a passion for solving complex issues and providing top-notch service?
Our client is looking for an experienced professional to handle technical support escalations, installations, and equipment maintenance across EMEAI. This role requires hands-on troubleshooting, policy and procedural development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide remote and on-site technical support, including out-of-hours escalations as needed.
2. Conduct equipment installations, maintenance, and upgrades, along with technical bulletins management.
3. Work closely with internal teams, particularly the training department, to ensure continuous improvement and product knowledge.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
2. Proficiency in MS Office, Windows, and Linux, plus a strong understanding of mechanical systems and electronic assemblies.
3. Ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally, with a valid passport and clean driving license.
