What will I be doing?
As our Head of Finance Operations, you will be responsible for delivering scalable finance operations covering key transactional processes including Purchase to Pay (P2P).
You will provide a best-in-class finance operations service to finance stakeholders as well as other business wide stakeholders such as the Homeowner Management team, Customer Service teams, and the Managed Services teams through regularly monitored SLAs and KPIs. You will also implement and maintain accounts payable policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
As part of your everyday role, you’re likely to be involved in the following:
1. Reviewing end-to-end process maps, and suggesting and implementing improvements to improve efficiencies in transaction processing.
2. Defining KPI suite to track the performance of key transactional processes and P2P financial metrics, setting agreed targets and thresholds and driving mitigating actions for any areas predicted to deviate from thresholds.
3. Agreeing SLAs with the Senior Leadership team (SLT), including key heads within the Finance team and other key business stakeholders.
4. Defining KPI suite to track performance against the agreed SLAs.
5. Delivering daily, weekly and monthly deliverables for the FD
6. Leading a scalable and lean Finance Operations team using efficient process and automation to ensure best-in-class service whilst maintaining a sufficient but low growth cost base.
7. Working on continuous improvements and other finance projects as required
