The Role:
Reporting directly to our Customer Service Manager, you'll be part of a young, friendly team of four, working together to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
1. Handling incoming enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and care.
2. Processing and inputting orders accurately and efficiently.
3. Coordinating deliveries with internal teams and logistics partners.
4. Maintaining clear, proactive communication with customers throughout the process.
The Candidate:
They're seeking a motivated individual with:
1. Previous experience in a similar customer-focused role.
2. Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
3. A proactive attitude and strong organisational skills.
The Package:
Competitive salary, up to £26,000pa DOE.
Monday-Friday, with flexible working hours of 8:30am - 4:30pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm.
