This customer focused role requires good communication and organisation skills with the ability to follow procedures and instructions in a busy working environment.
The Role:
Greet customers with a friendly and professional approach throughout the day.
Schedule vehicles into the technical workshop efficiently.
Communicate with the workshop team to track progress and ensure vehicles are ready on time.
Arrange onward travel, provide updates during servicing, and build lasting relationships with customers.
Stay up to date with the latest manufacturer-led training and industry knowledge.
Advise customers on necessary repairs with a clear and professional manner.
Maintain a tidy workspace and ensure all administrative tasks are handled efficiently.
What they're looking for: Previous experience working in the automotive industry (preferred)
Good customer service experience
Strong communication and organisation skills
£25,000 - £27,000 pa DOE + commission (OTE £35,000+) Work schedule: Monday Friday 8.30am 5.30pm. Every other Saturday 8.30 am 12.30pm.
