Head of People & Culture, 7 month FTC - Not for Profit sector - London with hybrid working - £59,
This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist with experience of leading a small team.
Reporting into the Director of People you will be be responsible for leading the delivery of a proactive and customer focused HR operation. Your key accountabilities will include:-
1. Acting as a trusted advisor to all employees, providing confidential and timely advice and guidance regarding ER matters
2. Overseeing the management of the end-to-end recruitment process
3. Leading on change management initiatives across the organisation
4. Supporting the Director of People to deliver cultural and organisational development projects
5. Overseeing HR operations, through the management of the People Advisor
6. Producing monthly, quarterly and annual reports on key HR data
You will be a senior HR Business Partner or Head of HR with experience of leading a small team. You need to have a proven track record of partnering with managers on a broad range of people issues, including employee relations, performance management, change management and recruitment and selection. A good knowledge of learning and development and employee engagement is also important.
