• Providing administrative support to the Construction Director
• Managing diarys, scheduling appointments, and organising meetings.
• Preparing essential reports and presentations for meetings.
• Handling confidential documents and maintaining discretion at all times.
• Coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth communication.
• Assisting with special projects as needed.
• Dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
• Making travel arrangements
