Content & Creative is the creative hub within Instinctif Partners; advising, developing, producing and implementing creative content across all platforms and events. We help companies tell their story through the imaginative use of a range of communications platforms and channels. Generating big ideas, designing attention-grabbing content, engaging audiences and promoting a change of perception and behaviour.
The Role
We are seeking a talented, ‘tech-savvy’ and creative Digital Designer with a focus on social media to join our creative team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for crafting visually compelling, on-brand content for our clients' social media channels. You will work closely with our social media strategists, copywriters and Creative Director to create posts, Canva animations, and other digital assets that capture attention and drive engagement.

Your work will play a vital role in helping us elevate our clients’ brands and achieve their social media goals.
While creating social media content will be your primary focus, you’ll also collaborate on our website design projects. This is a great opportunity for creatives looking to expand their skills into web design. One-to-one training will be provided, so you don’t need to be an experienced web designer, but a strong interest or some familiarity with web design with Figma will be a definite plus. Experience with uploading and editing website content within WordPress will also be a big advantage.
Primary Responsibilities
* Create visually compelling, brand-aligned posts, Canva animations, and other visuals for social media platforms in Canva and InDesign
* Develop and maintain templates for regular content posts to ensure consistency and efficiency.
* Collaborate with the Account Director to understand campaign goals to produce engaging visual content.
* Stay current with social media design trends and platform updates to ensure designs are fresh and optimised for each platform’s requirements
Secondary responsibilities
* Assist in creating visual assets and graphics for website pages
* Create beautiful UI designs from a wireframe
* Work with the web team on projects to update content and graphics on websites using a CMS
The Candidate
* A technical ‘all-rounder’ with the ability to think creatively and deliver engaging ideas
* A proactive self-starter who is pragmatic and reliable
* A confident communicator, literate, numerate and fluent in English
* Strong knowledge of Canva, InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite (Mac) and Figma
* Working knowledge of MS Office
* Design training qualification
* Basic After Effects will be beneficial, but not necessary
* Experience creating videos will also be beneficial but not necessary
