Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Sidcup for a Social Media Manager at The House OF Willow Alexander. The role involves overseeing and implementing social strategies, managing social media accounts, creating both long and short form engaging content, monitoring online platforms, and fostering relationships with media outlets. You will be obsessed with creating innovative best in class content across Facebook, instagram and Youtube across The House and its sub brands as well as spearheading the influencer and engagement campaigns. Our social channels will be operating like a TV network and creating top of its class content for each of our channels and this role will be pivotal in the creation and delivery of all campaigns. Working with a junior content creator (with the view to building out an entire social team) this role is for the super creative, super strategic and out of the box lateral thinkers. Qualifications Proven experience in PR, social media management, or a related field Take the helm of 7 social media channels and deliver engaging content working alongside a content creator Management of influencer and affiliate campaigns Analyse engagment and work closely with paid social and PPC manager creation and management of all social calendars Drive content strategy engaging with all team members to create a collaborative and creative process actively seek cultural trends and moments and incorporate into a strategy at speed Management of website copy and blogs Ability to lead a content team while still being able to creative both still and video format content. Excellent communication and writing skills Demonstrated ability to develop creative PR campaigns and engaging social media content Strong knowledge of online marketing tools and social media platforms Experience in analyzing social media metrics to drive improvements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or relevant field Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines Keen interest in sustainability and environmental initiatives is a plus super creative writer excited to be writing blogs and help foster a collaborative culture in the marketing and content team Team and budget management experience
