Due to growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join Stannah’s Talent Acquisition team on a fixed-term contract for 6 months. This Talent Acquisition Advisor job is based in Andover, Hampshire.

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will focus on recruiting for our manufacturing and factory roles, such as Welders, Fabricators, Assembly Operatives, and other key production staff. You will play a vital role in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies that ensure we secure the best talent in a highly competitive market.
Collaborating with Senior Leaders and Hiring Managers, you will provide expert recruitment advice and ensure a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders alike.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute recruitment strategies specifically for manufacturing and factory-based roles.
* Work closely with Senior Leaders and Hiring Managers to identify workforce needs within production and manufacturing teams.
* Build strong talent pipelines and directly source candidates for hard-to-fill factory roles.
* Utilise the Applicant Tracking System to manage job postings, candidate progress, and hiring feedback efficiently.
* Promote Stannah's employer brand through various channels, including social media and industry networking.
* Ensure compliance with ethical recruitment practices and provide market insights to hiring teams.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in agency or in-house recruitment, specifically within manufacturing, engineering, or factory-based roles.
* Strong understanding of the manufacturing talent market, with experience hiring for roles such as Welders, Fabricators and Production Operatives.
* Recruitment or Talent Acquisition-related qualifications would be advantageous.
* Ability to manage multiple vacancies within a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
This role would suit someone who has previously worked as a Recruitment Consultant, Talent Acquisition Advisor, Recruitment Specialist, Internal Recruiter, or in a similar manufacturing recruitment role.
