Our client is seeking someone to join their team who has a sales/account management background who would like to work 3 days a week, part days, 10am to 3pm for example although the hours could be negotiated to suit the individual.
There is an opportunity to develop and to take existing relationships. System training will be provided and the successful individual would be working as part of a small knit team in the office near Winchester.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify customers who represent a good fit for the business from a daily pool of existing transactions.
2. Conduct outbound calls to introduce yourself to these businesses.
3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and sales.
4. Start to build relationships over time with these businesses.
5. In summary, help convert one-off purchases into returning customers!
Skills:
1. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage customers over the phone.
2. An appetite to develop sales experience and negotiation skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
