We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Events Specialist to join our UK team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Events Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events, ranging from product launches to corporate activations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities · Event Planning & Coordination: Assist in the development of event concepts and planning through to implementation, ensuring alignment with the brand’s objectives and target audience. · Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing and PR teams to promote events through social media, email campaigns, and other channels, ensuring effective outreach and brand visibility. · On-site Event Support: Provide on-the-ground support during event activations, ensuring strong attention to detail and ability to manage suppliers and stakeholders where required. · Event Materials & Collateral: Assist in creating and organising event materials such as invitations, signage, presentations, and promotional giveaways. · Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure all event objectives are met and deadlines are adhered to. · Logistics Coordination: work closely with logistics team to facilitate vehicle movements for required events. · Agency Management: work effectively with multiple agencies, suppliers and stakeholders, showcasing effective communication and ability to keep to tight deadlines. · Project Management: able to manage multiple projects and tasks, showcasing strong organisational skills. · Other ad-hoc projects assigned by your line manager. Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in marketing, events or a related field. · Proven expertise in events and brand marketing, with a strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and related processes. · 3 years of experience in an event planning or marketing role, preferably in the automotive sector. · Client or Agency side experience · A proactive, self-starter with a collaborative attitude and passion for delivering memorable, high-quality events. · Highly organised with strong project management skills · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Desire to test new ideas and approaches. · Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and events. · Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
