GSL Education are seeking a number of Qualified Supply Teachers to provide daily cover in Slough based schools, starting as soon as possible. As a Supply Teacher, you will be delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subject areas, while contributing to the provision of a safe and secure learning environment.
Supply Teacher Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in teaching.
* Recent teaching experience: for Early Career Teachers, placements will be accepted.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with students and staff alike.
* Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively, following individual school policies.
* Ability to engage and motivate young people.
* Self-motivated, organised, punctual, and professional.
