We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team based out of our office in Byfleet (KT14 7LF). This position is a 3 month, fixed term contract.
* Monday to Friday
* 8am - 4pm
* £14.40 per hour
* Hybrid working (3 days remote per week).
* Start date: As soon as possible
Responsibilities:
* Data Cleansing, Reporting and Data Manipulation
* Design and email a questionnaire to collate missing employee information
* Input responses into MS Excel
* Data entry of individual data responses onto HR system (Templa CMS)
* Collating requested data for 3000 staff via line managers
* Chasing requested data from staff and line managers
* Validate and input responses accurately and efficiently
* Cleanse database ensuring consistency and accuracy of data
Experience
* IT literate, with demonstrable experience of working with systems including CMS/databases
* Intermediate MS Excel (sort data/ filters, create reports, ability to sum information for analysis)
* Fast and accurate data entry skills
* Clear and concise communication skills
* Ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
