Over the past 18 months, they have experienced remarkable growth and have a roadmap that will continue this over the coming years. As the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in managing and improving the day-to-day service within their operations team, including BTL, Savings and Payments & Completions. It is a fantastic opportunity for an Operations Manager looking to take the next step in their career which will allow them to be at the beginning of an exciting journey. Responsibilities The Operations Manager will be responsible for the ‘day-to-day’ performance and delivery of customer service for the Mortgage and Savings products. It is the largest team in the bank which is continuously evolving. Workload planning and execution Line management of the operational teams Manage & monitor workflow and service Ensuring effective and efficient customer service across operations Manage local operational risks and issues Experience & Skills Demonstrated experience of operationally managing multiple teams Experience and knowledge in operational delivery to lending and/or savings customers Experienced in motivating and developing team members to enable growth and progression Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels Knowledge of banking products and direct experience of SME/Retail Banking If you’re interested in hearing more about his opportunity, please get in touch for a confidential conversation.
