We have an exciting job opportunity based at the Normanby Hall Country Park. We are looking to recruit a full time Quality Customer Experience Officer based at the park.
This role provides operational support and undertakes the planning for functions and events at the park. This may include researching and booking entertainment and the supporting infrastructure for large events whist delivering a high quality service to all our customers.
The role is based on site Monday to Friday but will require occasional weekend and bank holiday working on event days, which will attract enhanced rates of pay.
