About the role: To put it simply… you will use your technical experience to lead the team at our Cambridge Facility in support of the delivery of our Major Works refurbishment program, replacing hydropower assets that have been operating for over 100 years As Team Leader at the Cambridge Workshop you will be… ✓ Overseeing the day-to-day operations of workshop activities including resourcing to meet scheduled deliverables, including the identification and engagement of external resources and contractors as needed. ✓ Managing financial performance against workshop and project budgets, providing feedback to planning groups as needed. ✓ Working closely with a range of stakeholders including the broader Major Works, Production Operations and Assets & Infrastructure teams. ✓ Coaching and leading the workshop team members by building succession plans and taking responsibility for the development of your team members. ✓ Identifying new areas and opportunities of growth for the Cambridge Workshop to continue to add value to Hydro Tasmania’s program of work.
