As the Compliance Coordinator, you’ll work closely and proactively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure information is supplied in a timely manner and in the correct format to update the compliance management system. You will carry out reconciliation checks between the Association’s compliance management system and the housing management system to ensure data accuracy and monitor dashboards from the compliance management system, reporting accordingly. We're looking for someone who can provide operational support to the Compliance Team as required.
We need people who are / have:
1. IT literate, including Microsoft Office 365, with the ability to produce letters, reports, and Excel spreadsheets.
2. The ability to obtain performance information through effective use of IT reporting systems.
3. Strong planning, organisation, and administration skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with colleagues and customers.
5. Experience of working with data and IT reporting systems.
6. Experience handling and formatting data.
7. The ability to drive and have access to a car.
