Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to support our students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
This role is perfect for a Psychology student or graduate looking to develop their skills and gain experience in a supportive and inclusive school environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing individual and group support to students with SEND/SEMH needs
* Working closely with teachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans
* Assisting with monitoring and recording interventions to support student progress
Requirements
* Strong academic background in Psychology or related field
* Previous experience working with children and young people with SEND/SEMH needs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
