Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow existing customer accounts within the Household & Beauty sectors (chemicals & ingredients for those sectors). Promote a diverse portfolio of speciality products and value-added services. Drive profitable growth by identifying opportunities, converting leads, and securing repeat business. Schedule and conduct customer meetings (virtual and face-to-face), working to set sales and contact quotas. Maintain accurate customer records and activity logs using CRM systems, including quotations, samples, and visit notes. Collaborate with Technical Sales Managers and other internal stakeholders to maximise commercial opportunities. Resolve customer queries efficiently and build lasting relationships that foster loyalty and trust. Monitor sales trends, track performance, and report on competitor activity. Contribute to pricing and quoting processes, ensuring competitiveness and commercial viability. Candidate Profile: Proven experience in internal sales, account management, or customer-facing roles. Background in chemicals, beauty, or cleaning products is highly desirable. A proactive, self-motivated approach with strong commercial instincts. Confident negotiator and communicator, able to build rapport quickly. Well-organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Comfortable working closely with sales teams and cross-functional departments. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle – essential. Proficient with CRM systems, MS Office, and general IT tools.
