Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Onboarding Account Manager to join their team. This role is focused on implementing eCommerce and mail products, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for clients across the UK. Acting as a key point of contact, the Account Manager will be responsible for:
1. Managing client onboarding processes
2. Coordinating with internal teams to deliver client requirements
3. Providing ongoing support and communication with clients
4. Identifying opportunities for upselling services
