From land acquisition through to sales launch, you’ll ensure all activities reflect the client’s brand, creating an engaging and inspiring experience for potential buyers.
Paying up to £35,000 plus package, you will be based at head office 5 days a week nr Cheshunt with occasional site visits in Hertfordshire, Essex and Cambridge.

Key tasks: Collaborate on the development and implementation of creative and effective sales and marketing strategies for new homes developments.
Assist with the setup of developments, ensuring all preparations, sales, and marketing plans are on track.
Coordinate stunning sales launches, including beautifully presented show homes, thoughtfully designed interiors, landscaping, and on-brand signage.
Ensure developments are impeccably maintained, while working closely with external suppliers to meet standards.
Contribute to engaging pre-launch campaigns to build excitement and attract visitors.
Help execute well-planned marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to achieve visitor and sales goals.
Create vibrant and engaging social media content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, while also contributing to local PR stories that build the client’s brand.
Support the production of marketing materials, such as eye-catching websites, elegant brochures, digital campaigns, signage, and event collateral.
Keep the client’s website and portals updated with fresh, relevant content that reflects each development.
Assist with tracking budgets, ensuring every marketing activity stays within the planned costs.
Promote a positive Health & Safety culture through thoughtful and creative marketing efforts.
Help monitor lead generation, track sales rates, and ensure all marketing activities align with budgetary goals.
Skills and Experience: A relevant marketing qualification is a plus.
Previous experience in marketing within property development.
Strong skills in creating and managing social media, PR, and marketing materials to showcase a premium brand.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to stay within budgets.
Proactive, enthusiastic, and results-oriented, with a collaborative and approachable style.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
