As a Senior Radiographer, at all times you will promote the trust objectives and protocols to ensure we maintain and develop high standards of patient care, clinical skills and innovation.
You will support our preceptorship programme for new starters, be responsible for the training of students and you will be expected to take on an extra role. This could be as a trainer, champion, RPS or radiology representative at certain meetings.
You will be responsible for training student and apprentice radiographers and will be encouraged to continue your own education.

* Minimum 2 years qualified
* Worked in a busy NHS hospital environment

* Evidence of teaching students and newly qualified staff

* Undertaken the student assessors course
Safety

* Able to manipulate radiographic equipment and wear lead aprons

* Able to wear the required PPE for the role
