Our Global IT client has an exciting opportunity as a Project/Asset Manager within their Global Ecosystem Marketing and Strategy team. You will support the Global Partner Marketing Managers (based in the UK) throughout the development and execution of GTM and lifecycle plans for various 3rd Party published titles on their gaming platforms.
You will work closely and partner with multiple internal teams across the marketing ecosystem, working with multiple external partners (games publishers) and their marketing teams on campaigns supporting individual titles, specific programs and driving the overall ecosystem. You will have experience of working with external publishers as well as strong organizational and communication skills. Proven ability to collaborate within a highly matrixed organization is also necessary for success.
Responsibilities will include:
• Collection, receipt, tracking, aggregation, and distribution of game assets to and from publisher partners and Marcom to key contacts internally and externally for use in global consumer marketing campaigns, regional executions, channel marketing, owned channel global programming, PR events, retail toolkits, etc.
• Organize, manage, and support weekly and monthly updates including status updates to regional teams, key stakeholders, partners.
• Drive execution of key marketing programs when needed.
• Project Management responsibilities include maintaining regular updates and reporting documents etc
• Supporting globally prioritized events and management of game builds throughout the campaign.
• Ability to independently manage all lifecycle marketing moments with a publisher partner if required.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate exceptional marketing and project management experience, and will have a passion and knowledge for the gaming and entertainment industry.
This is a PAYE contract opportunity on a rate of circa £192.00/day dependent on experience(Circa £50,000pa equivalent). For a maximum 18 month contract. Benefits include paid holiday, sick, bank holidays, pension and a 5% bonus upon completion.
