Ellis Ward is the only male acute ward within the Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust which is AIMS accredited by the Royal College of Psychiatrists. It is a 18 bedded male only acute ward with an additional one bed allocated for emergency admissions. The ward is for adults between the ages of (18-65) who are experiencing acute mental health difficulties. Main duties of the job Under the supervision of a registered nurse participate in the development, implementation and maintenance of high quality care within a ward environment, through involvement in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care. We offer 24 hour services within our Inpatient, Bed management, PCDU, Crisis and SPA teams, if you are successfully appointed to posts in these areas or others that might have specified, you will be required to work unsociable hours inclusive of nights and weekends and public holidays and shift patterns.
