Sales Support Executive
An innovative telecommunications company based in the heart of the City of London is actively recruiting for a Sales Support Executive to join their growing team. This role is a critical part of the team to ensure a smooth sales cycle through support and administrative duties to the business development and pre-sales teams.
The role:
* Act as the first point of contact to customers and support the sales lifecycle
* Work alongside the sales teams across the organisation to understand the customer’s requirements
* Assist with the preparation of proposals, presentations and marketing information
* Liaise with internal operations teams and necessary suppliers to provide accurate quotes
* Manage and process orders
* Prepare and log regular sales reports to feedback to senior management
* Work the internal marketing team to support their campaigns and events
* Take ownership of the RFP process
The candidate:
* Recently worked in a sales support or account management role
* Telecommunications or IT Solutions industry knowledge highly advantageous
* The ability to manage multiple stakeholders
* An independent worker who is self motivated
* A natural team collaborator
* Excellent customer facing experience
