As a motivated and dynamic Support Worker you will be responsible for developing and delivering a high-quality programme of support which promotes client choice and control. To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate: You can Manage your own caseload and hours, requiring excellent time management skills, a proactive approach to your work and the ability to prioritise.
