You will have a core focus on meeting the needs of clients and prospects, dealing with day-to-day enquiries from customers, inviting renewals and transacting new business.

This is a rare opportunity to contribute to the continued success of the business and as such, experience in the motor insurance sector is ESSENTIAL.
* Edwalton, hybrid after training - 1 day from home / week
* Full time, Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.00pm, 1 hr lunch
* £25,000 - £29,000 per annum + bonus up to £200 per month!
Responsibilities:
* Manage new business enquiries and client renewals, including where necessary the remarketing of policies, issuing renewal documentation within timescales set out by the FCA.
* Handle incoming client queries, regarding policy coverage and/or changes to their cover.
* Develop relationship with key insurer markets.
* Cross sell/up sell to existing clients, by identifying any potential gaps in cover or policies held elsewhere.
* Contact lapsed client and not taken up new business lists to attempt to win back the business.
* Actively promote the referral process when placing new business or renewals
* Ensure all policies and procedures are implemented and complied with, including financial regulations, data protection, health and safety and all regulatory requirements.
Experience:
* Private Lines (Motor) account handling experience essential
